We offer worldwide shipping on fine art prints. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note:

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
• Some restrictions may apply based on destination country

Shipping Restrictions

• Physical merchandise ships to US addresses only
• We do not ship physical merchandise to P.O. boxes
• Digital downloads are not shipped — delivered electronically via email upon purchase
• Emma Expedition is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

04 — Fine Art Prints

Prodigi Fulfillment

Fine art prints are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party print partner, Prodigi. Emma Expedition is not responsible for production delays on Prodigi's end. Damaged, defective, or incorrect print orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

What to Do If Your Order Is Late

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@emmaexpedition.com and we will investigate with the carrier and provide an update as soon as possible.

Consumer Rights

For EU and UK consumers: this policy does not affect your statutory rights. Deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
